The Technical Account Manager – Adobe Experience Cloud role is onsite in Lehi, UT or Chicago, IL. Compensation is $50–$54 per hour. The role supports enterprise customers using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

What you'll do

• Serve as a central contact for assigned customer accounts
• maintain communication and manage expectations
• translate business needs into technical and operational plans
• coordinate with Adobe customer success, managed services, engineering, operations, product, support, and consulting teams
• review service disruptions and metrics
• coordinate critical issue resolution
• document customer environments
• recommend feature use and improvements
• and participate in customer meetings and quarterly business reviews.
