What you'll do

• Oversee daily payroll operations, including bonus and year-end processing
• supervise biweekly payroll
• ensure deadlines and audit reports are completed
• review payroll protocols, manual checks, time-clock records, and supporting documentation
• coordinate with payroll support on system maintenance and processing worksheets
• train coordinators and recommend process improvements
• monitor regulatory changes
• lead direct reports and report performance metrics.
