Security Officer – Customer Service

Job overview

The Security Officer – Customer Service role is onsite in Wichita, KS, with a schedule of Monday and Tuesday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m. Pay is $19.75 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services and supports a technology, media, and telecommunications site. The officer helps safeguard the site while maintaining a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and accurate documentation support site security and customer service.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond professionally to incidents and service requests
• conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeter
• monitor access points, visitors, alarms, and surveillance systems
• document observations and incidents and communicate relevant information to site contacts and company leadership.
