Driver & Direct Support Professional (Full-Time)

What you'll do

• Provide instruction, supervision, and direct assistance according to individual habilitative or staff action plans
• support daily living, communication, interpersonal, leisure, and other skills
• assist with plan development and safeguards
• complete service billing documentation, daily notes, and incident reports
• transport participants to and from homes and activities
• ensure seatbelt use
• inspect and maintain the vehicle
• maintain transportation records
• serve as a liaison between parents and the program.
