What you'll do

• Manage assigned client customer relationships
• analyze customer inquiries and manage them through established software support processes
• understand system interfaces and imports and exports involving claims, eligibility, providers, and accumulators
• triage customer submissions
• communicate with customers to resolve problems
• coordinate with departments to research and resolve issues
• maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines
• run and manage customer meetings.
