What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• inspect properties and identify maintenance needs
• respond to maintenance requests and work orders
• complete painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs
• maintain HVAC, appliances, and building systems
• help ensure properties are clean, safe, and up to code
• coordinate specialized repairs with vendors and contractors.
