The Server — Full-Time and Part-Time role is onsite at Grace Commons in Menomonee Falls, WI. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. Morrison Living’s culinary team serves guests in a dining setting, and the schedule may include evening shifts and rotating weekends. The server welcomes guests, takes and delivers food and beverage orders, and helps maintain a clean and safe dining room. The role coordinates with kitchen staff to ensure orders and special requests are handled correctly and supports service during special events and functions.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• deliver food promptly and professionally
• follow food-handling and sanitation standards
• explain menu items and accommodate reasonable requests
• communicate orders and special requests to back-of-house staff
• handle tickets and cash according to procedures
• address guest concerns
• set up and clean the dining room
• and assist other departments during special events and functions.
