What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• identify signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes
• collect, analyze, interpret, and document patient information and nursing diagnoses
• document care plans, outcomes, and interventions
• perform interventions according to priorities and policies
• revise care plans based on evaluation and changes in the medical plan
• use clinical judgment to establish priorities.
