The project manager coordinates projects from planning through closeout, controlling scope, schedules, budgets, materials, and execution. The role works across sales, engineering, operations, clients, vendors, and field crews to deliver projects on time and in line with company commitments and goals.

What you'll do

• Interpret drawings and review contracts
• plan labor, equipment, inventory, permits, and budgets
• attend planning meetings and site visits
• manage build and strike dates
• inspect job-site progress for schedule, compliance, and quality
• update budgets and report significant changes
• procure materials when justified
• reconcile invoices
• coordinate closeout, debriefings, post-event reviews, and equipment returns
• direct cross-functional work with field labor and operations.
