What you'll do

• Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care for behavioral health patients
• administer medications and treatments
• respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies
• supervise LPNs, mental health technicians, and support staff
• participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
• educate patients about medications, wellness, and recovery
• maintain nursing documentation
• support patient safety and crisis management
• assist with admissions, discharges, and assessments.

Why this role
