What you'll do

• Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, MDS reports, and CMS transmissions
• oversee activities of daily living training for facility staff
• issue denial notices
• complete and transmit CMS-approved MDS item sets
• ensure compliance with privacy policies
• maintain Medicare meeting minutes and denial letters
• manage residents’ Medicare and insurance benefits
• maintain documentation supporting billed services
• perform other duties assigned by the manager.
