What you'll do

• Lead and oversee nursing department operations as assigned

• conduct resident care rounds and monitor care quality
• support nursing staff with clinical questions and resident needs
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• monitor and communicate changes in resident condition
• promote compliance
• and direct and support LPNs and CNAs.
