What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles
• carry out dispatched repair orders
• inspect and troubleshoot vehicles to determine repair needs
• perform quality-control checks
• complete required documentation
• help maintain shop appearance, inventory, and safety
• follow shop, environmental, and safety rules
• keep vehicles clean during service
• communicate with service advisors and parts personnel
• attend required training and meetings.
