The Ultrasonographer, Fertility Care role is a full-time, onsite position based primarily in Chicago, IL, with travel to other clinic locations as needed. Compensation is $35.00–$43.00 per hour. Pinnacle Fertility supports fertility clinics and comprehensive fertility care, guided by a mission to help build families. This role performs reproductive imaging and works with physicians to support fertility assessments and treatment planning. It also helps ensure patients receive safe, comfortable, and informed care during imaging procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform transvaginal and abdominal ultrasounds to assess pelvic structures, monitor follicular development, and identify reproductive conditions
• obtain, document, and analyze diagnostic images
• collaborate with physicians on reports and treatment planning
• support patient comfort, safety, confidentiality, and education
• maintain patient records and ultrasound equipment
• follow infection-control protocols
• travel to other clinic locations as needed.
