What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and ice machines
• perform preventive maintenance
• interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
• install, test, and calibrate equipment
• maintain service records, work orders, and parts usage
• manage truck inventory and order parts
• communicate with customers and internal team members
• follow safety protocols and company procedures.
