Cost Accountant

What you'll do

• Maintain and analyze labor, material, and overhead costs
• prepare cost reports and analyses
• analyze production results, inventory movements, and gross margin
• support standard-cost forecasting and budgeting
• perform monthly manufacturing variance analysis and investigate fluctuations
• review inventory transactions, support counts and audits, reconcile inventory accounts, and maintain reserves
• prepare journal entries and reconciliations for close
• support audit requests, ERP enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
