The Site Director at Orton Academy is an onsite role based in Colorado Springs, CO. 35 - $33.15 per hour, and this position supports the Champions program within the KinderCare Education organization. This role exists to lead and supervise a team of educators while ensuring the effective operation of the site. The Site Director is responsible for maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards while fostering positive relationships with families, school administrators, and the community to create an engaging environment for elementary-aged children.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site effectiveness by maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, and community contacts.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families.
