What you'll do

• Greet and check in and out patients
• update and verify patient demographics and insurance
• register patients and prepare visit paperwork
• verify benefits and collect copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and fees as needed
• respond to account questions and route billing issues
• monitor patient flow
• schedule and confirm appointments
• create and file charts and medical records
• perform clerical tasks
• maintain the front desk and waiting room.
