Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, working with clients in their homes, with compensation of $15 per hour. It contributes to clients’ well-being by maintaining care records, communicating observations to a supervisor, and coordinating appointments and activities.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with cooking, cleaning, laundry, bed linens, and personal care
• maintain records of care, condition, progress, and concerns
• report observations to a supervisor
• converse or read aloud with clients
• administer medications
• transport clients to scheduled appointments
• engage clients in activities.
