Product Manager

Job overview

The Product Manager role is onsite in Blue Ash, OH. The rate is $65–$75 per hour for W-2 consultants. The role partners with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to improve customer and associate experiences and deliver measurable outcomes. The Product Manager sets product direction and translates customer, associate, and operational needs into prioritized work. The role guides digital products from discovery through launch and optimization, using research, data, and cross-functional collaboration to improve adoption, usability, reliability, and value.

What you'll do

• Develop product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable objectives
• identify needs through research, feedback, data, and stakeholder engagement
• translate needs into requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• prioritize the backlog
• lead discovery and concept validation
• establish and monitor KPIs
• facilitate alignment on scope and dependencies
• collaborate with Agile teams
• coordinate launches and go-to-market
• monitor post-launch performance
• manage risks and lifecycle activities
• ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, legal, and data-governance requirements.
