What you'll do

• monitor daily cash transactions and approve transfers
• prepare weekly journal entries and expense-versus-budget reports
• analyze credit card receipts
• complete monthly bank and balance-sheet reconciliations
• analyze weekly capital spending
• maintain the fixed-asset subledger and transactions
• back up other accounting positions.
