The leader builds and develops the metallization operations organization, oversees commissioning and process qualification, and leads startup through production ramp. Once operations are established, the role owns safety, throughput, yield, quality, equipment performance, and operating cost.

What you'll do

• Lead metallization startup, commissioning, process qualification, and rate ramp
• provide operations input on equipment design and acceptance
• build staffing models and recruit and develop the operating team
• establish safety and environmental controls
• own throughput, yield, recovery, quality, availability, energy, and consumable metrics
• lead problem solving and reliability improvements
• manage operating budgets, cost models, and resource forecasts.
