What you'll do

• Greet clients and answer calls professionally
• maintain call and service records
• provide information about services and providers
• schedule appointments
• refer unusual situations to a supervisor
• protect patient confidentiality
• register patients and enter or verify demographic and insurance information
• collect co-payments and agreed fees
• record payments
• verify daily transactions, report discrepancies, and run daily reports
• perform reception duties and billing services.
