What you'll do

• Perform construction activities and repairs
• install and repair flooring
• complete drywall hanging, taping, and finishing
• install trim, doors, hardware, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and residential windows
• perform painting and board-ups
• repair punch-list items
• clean up work areas
• document work and execute work orders
• suggest additional repairs when identified
• follow industry standards, local codes, and scope requirements.
