Senior Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate construction activities with the general contractor and architect/engineer
• lead the site project team under client direction
• review designs for constructability, cost, schedule, and risk
• support value engineering, procurement, baseline scheduling, and commissioning planning
• coordinate with local authorities
• review submittals and RFIs
• oversee construction progress and site visits
• attend status meetings
• report progress
• support inspections, issue resolution, punch lists, and handover.
