• supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to kitchen staff
• maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs
• ensure consistency in food presentation and taste
• assist with culinary initiatives and promotional events
• follow recipes and food-temperature, labeling, and storage requirements.
