What you'll do

• Monitor daily Fishbowl–QuickBooks synchronization and resolve errors
• reconcile general-ledger inventory to the inventory sub-ledger
• maintain bill-of-materials data and standard costs
• analyze work-order costs and variances
• coordinate physical inventory and cycle counts
• calculate inventory reserves
• reconcile co-packer invoices and inventory
• track capital expenditures and fixed assets
• track freight invoices and accruals
• complete inventory, cost-of-goods-sold, and fixed-asset close tasks and journal entries
• reconcile related balance-sheet accounts.
