What you'll do

• Direct distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting
• meet and exceed merchant expectations
• manage performance KPIs and plan facility improvements
• use data and analysis to identify solutions and growth opportunities
• hire, train, coach, and motivate team members
• set team goals
• establish and enforce safety standards
• share practices and business needs with other locations and headquarters
• ensure receiving, storage, handling, and shipping processes maintain product safety, quality, and legality. The stated schedule is Monday–Friday days, with flexibility to work weekend and night shifts as needed.
