What you'll do

• Research complex and non-routine accounting matters and prepare memorandums
• support U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting and reconcile differences
• evaluate semiconductor manufacturing arrangements
• partner with cross-functional teams
• support quarterly and annual reporting, disclosures, and audits
• monitor new accounting standards
• improve policies and controls
• and mentor junior accounting staff.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA, and 10 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting at a Big 4 or national firm. Semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology experience is preferred.
