What you'll do

• Direct accounts receivable processing, adjustments, refunds, billing, census information, ancillary charges, deposits, and payment posting
• explain financial obligations and paperwork to residents and responsible parties
• manage Medicaid Pending accounts
• oversee month-end triple checks, billing edits, and census reconciliation
• manage collections and timely claims filing
• prepare past-due reports and cash projections
• document collection activity
• coordinate audit documentation
• assist with general-ledger variances
• prepare and deposit checks
• manage Resident Trust Accounts in compliance with state regulations.
