What you'll do

• Handle environmental and/or water law matters for public or private clients
• assist with discovery and pleadings for litigation or adversarial proceedings, including before state administrative agencies
• conduct legal research and analysis
• draft client memorandums and law-and-motion work
• prepare and respond to written discovery with limited supervision
• communicate with clients and take ownership of matters by developing plans or courses of action.

Why this role
