What you'll do

• Support daily operations across activity areas
• oversee guest and employee safety, operational logs, and emergency response
• identify and mitigate hazards
• lead training assessments and coach employees
• ensure inspection logs are completed
• assist with payroll, budget, and scheduling
• manage performance for a team of 20 or more
• complete performance appraisals and related documentation
• use company vehicles safely.
