Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center’s mission is to provide comfort, wellbeing, and exceptional care to patients and residents. The CNA provides patient-centered care, assists residents with daily living and medication management, monitors vital signs, and maintains care records. Working with the interdisciplinary team, the CNA helps implement individualized care plans and supports residents’ progress and wellbeing.
