What you'll do

• Develop SBA business through prospecting, follow-up, retention calls, networking, and referrals
• explain financial products and SBA and USDA programs
• maintain community and business referral relationships
• structure and package SBA loans
• analyze credit and financial information
• source new business relationships
• oversee technology platforms and vendor relationships supporting SBA loan processing
• educate clients on underwriting guidelines and regulations
• service, modify, and restructure loans
• monitor client creditworthiness and repayment
• coordinate loan closings and funding
• mentor junior SBA lenders
• comply with bank policies and BSA/AML/OFAC requirements
• accept loan applications and collect required information in accordance with fair lending standards.

Why this role
