What you'll do

• Develop maintenance and calibration systems, procedures, and CMMS configuration
• establish asset hierarchies, criticality assessments, job plans, and preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• support commissioning and qualification
• author maintenance procedures
• coordinate maintenance and calibration
• supervise and develop personnel
• oversee HVAC, utilities, and cleanroom infrastructure
• manage metrics, investigations, and reliability improvements
• support audits and validation
• manage CMMS, budget, procurement, spare parts, and service providers.
