What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision and implement individual support plan goals. Assist and train people in activities of daily living and independent living skills, including self-care as needed. Support community outings and transportation, which may include morning and evening transportation. Maintain required documentation
• administer medication
• prepare and store meals
• teach compensatory strategies
• advocate for individual rights
• perform assigned cleaning and maintenance
• provide crisis intervention as needed.
