What you'll do

• Lead projects from planning through completion
• enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings and site inspections
• supervise and coordinate crews and subcontractors
• interpret plans and provide high-level estimates as needed
• monitor quality
• maintain progress records and report to senior management
• identify challenges and implement solutions
• conduct weekly site visits to yards and crew locations
• support General Foremen and Foremen
• respond to emergency and storm calls at all hours.
