• Perform and oversee plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs
• maintain common areas and exteriors
• respond to after-hours emergencies on a required on-call rotation
• delegate tasks to maintenance assistants
• maintain work-order, parts, inventory, and service-follow-up records
• and participate in training and mentorship.
