What you'll do

• Oversee regional kiosk operations, sales, and distribution
• guide franchisees on standards and operational efficiency
• analyze P&L statements and sales
• conduct store visits and compliance audits
• support recruitment, openings, and transitions
• supervise regional managers, field supervisors, chefs, and franchisees
• monitor orders and sales flow
• compile weekly regional reports
• advise on food-safety audits
• travel regularly within the region and occasionally nationally.
