Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with rent collection and records
• support debt collection procedures, invoice and purchase-order review, and budget performance
• lease apartments at directed market rates and specials
• conduct outside marketing
• prepare market surveys
• inspect apartments and common areas
• maintain resident and lease files
• assist residents with concerns
• follow fair housing laws and company policies
• and help prepare the monthly newsletter.
