What you'll do

• Supervise Clinical Therapists and provide backup clinical services
• monitor service quality and documentation
• complete assessments and family-centered case plans
• provide individual, conjoint, or family counseling
• support trauma-informed and evidence-based services
• coordinate care with DHS and providers
• attend required training, supervision, and consultation
• provide 24/7 on-call support to staff and clients.
