What you'll do

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to company standards and customer requests
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the meat area and equipment
• answer customer questions, recommend products, and fulfill special orders
• receive deliveries, rotate stock, and store meat properly
• operate slicing and cutting machinery safely.
