What you'll do

• Follow each client’s care plan
• assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, transfers, positioning, ambulation, prescribed exercises, meals, toileting, and incontinence care. Provide housekeeping, laundry, transportation, shopping, companionship, and medication reminders as appropriate. Report changes in client condition, complete service records, record hours, and complete required training. Maintain active California Home Care Aide registration
• paid training and help with registration are provided. The posting offers flexible hours from 10 to 40 hours per week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.
