Sales Coordinator

Job overview

The Sales Coordinator role is onsite in Seattle, Washington. Compensation is $26–$28 per hour. The position supports the Workpointe team, coordinating customer orders and communication across internal teams and external vendors. The coordinator helps move orders from proposal and purchase-order preparation through delivery and closeout. By maintaining accurate order information, resolving discrepancies, tracking schedules, and keeping customers and project teams informed, the role supports timely fulfillment and customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Create client proposals and set up new customers
• enter specifications, pricing, classification, and revenue codes
• generate purchase orders
• review orders for accuracy and completeness
• reconcile vendor acknowledgements and coordinate ship and delivery/install dates
• publish customer status reports
• assist with project management tasks and order closeout
• support sales representatives and Account Managers
• coordinate communication across Design, Project Management, Finance, and Operations.
