The Loan Operations Representative — Escrow Servicing role is onsite in Concord, NH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. The Merrimack supports loan servicing for New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp and its affiliates, including The Merrimack, MVSB, and Savings Bank of Walpole. The representative supports accurate, timely residential, consumer, and commercial loan servicing, with a strong focus on escrow. The role processes escrow activity, reviews loan documents and statements, and provides service to internal and external customers while following established procedures.

What you'll do

• Support residential, consumer, and commercial loan servicing with a focus on escrow
• review new loans for escrow
• process escrow-only payments and disbursements
• track real estate tax bills and insurance coverage
• complete escrow-related loan maintenance and analysis
• respond to customers professionally
• review escrow statements, notices, and loan documents
• process PMI-related activity and recommend cancellation when appropriate.
