What you'll do

• Answer and return calls
• direct inquiries and provide general client information
• collect trip details and schedule transportation
• inspect vehicles for readiness, equipment, safety, and cleanliness
• issue driver keys and trip paperwork
• count wheelchairs, gurneys, and other equipment
• collect, review, and file returned trip documentation and keys
• manage calls, walk-ins, and scheduling tasks simultaneously.
