What you'll do

• Oversee property management, financial performance, collections, and occupancy in the assigned market
• address resident concerns and escalations
• manage move-ins and lease compliance
• conduct collection outreach and attend court as necessary
• support retention and renewal targets
• recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff
• ensure compliance with HOA, municipal, housing voucher, and Fair Housing requirements
• coordinate trespasser matters with the Security Team.
