What you'll do

• Perform assigned Dietary Department work routines and cleaning
• assist the cook with meal preparation and service
• meet meal and snack times
• arrange tray cards, load food carts, and serve residents
• set up the dining room
• wash and store dishes
• receive and store food supplies
• report supply, equipment, and safety concerns
• follow facility emergency and infection-control procedures.
