Under the Director of Nursing, the manager coordinates health and wellness services for assisted living residents, assesses care needs, oversees individualized service plans, and supervises program nurses and home health aides.

What you'll do

• Oversee health-related services for the Assisted Living Residence and Assisted Living Program
• participate in applicant assessments and screening
• help develop and implement individualized service plans
• conduct assessments and reassessments
• document resident care and status changes
• and supervise program nurses and home health aides.
