What you'll do

• Supervise shifts and work areas
• perform assigned station duties and follow product preparation and holding-time procedures
• address customer needs and complaints
• ensure shift coverage
• provide feedback and correct problems
• monitor product quality, customer service, food and labor costs, and cleanliness
• use the FOCUS System
• perform cash management
• help maintain inventory and minimize loss
• follow company policies and applicable laws.
